چکیده
Uzaktan yönetim, yeni teknolojiler olarak dijital örgütlerin yükselişi ve yönü ileyakından ilişkilidir okullar da bu kapsamdaki örgütlerdir. Bu değişim sonucunda,okullarda yapılan en temel iş olan öğretimsel yönetsel eylemlerde paydaşlarla biraraya gelme iletişim kurma şekli gözle görülür şekilde farklılaşmıştır. Uzaktançalışma süresinin artması yaygınlaşması ile, süreçten birinci derecede etkileneninsan faktörü yapma biçimlerindeki farklılaşmalar amaçlarınaulaşmalarında dikkatle incelemeleri gereken bir konu haline gelmiştir. Türkiye diğerülkeler Covid 19 pandemisi nedeniyle zorunlu uzaktan eğitime geçmiş bugeçişle okulların işlevinde derslerin kazanımlarında değişiklik olmamakla birlikteöğrencilerin, öğretmenlerin, yöneticilerin ayrı mekanlarda aynı amaç içinbulunmaları şekillerinde esas değişimi yaratmıştır. Öğretmenler öğrencilersanal okul ortamlarındayken, her iki öğeden de beklenilen yeterlikler değişmiştir. Yeniçalışma ders işleme şekilleri beraberinde süreçleri farklı uygulamayızorunlu kılmaktadır. Özelikle sistemin devamı eğitsel etkinliklerin niteliği açısındanyönetim, kilit noktada yer almaktadır süreçte yönetimin nasıl olmasıgerektiği, değişen rol sorumluluklar ile yönetim ilkelerinin tekrar ele alınmasıgereksinimi doğmuştur. nedenle araştırmanın amacı, eğitimin (okulların) uzaktanyönetiminde dikkate alınması noktaları ayrıntılı almak veuzaktan olması gerektiği konusunda önerilerde bulunmaktır.
